There are 4 main types of integral membership cards. These are Peel Out, Pop Out, Dualam and Butterfly.
Peel Out Card Forms - (Suitable for printing on both sides of the card)Suitable for: Membership cards, Business cards, Loyalty Cards, Promotional Cards.
- Personalise the plain or already printed form and the card in one pass using a laser printer.
- Peel the card away from the backing sheet. (This will leave behind the backing sheet).
Suitable for: Membership cards, Business cards, Loyalty Cards, Promotional Cards.
- Personalise the plain or already printed form and the card in one pass using a laser printer.
- 'Pop out' the card by pushing it through the backing sheet. (This will leave behind a hole in the form).
Suitable for: Membership Cards, Security Cards, Security Badges, Theme Park Passes.
- Personalise the plain or already printed form and the card in one pass using a laser or inkjet printer.
- Bend the sheet and peel out the card revealing the adhesive laminate.
- Flip the card over and return to the same space the card was removed from.
- Push the card through the backing sheet. The card will now be laminated on the front and reverse (hence the name Dualam). This is now a secure document and is a perfect use for personalised data protection.
Suitable for: Membership Cards with rules and regulations, Mini Booklets, Business Cards with additional information, Promotional Cards.

- Fold along the creases to create the specified shape.
All of the above cards can be supplied in any shape, any size and any number of cards in one form. Membership card forms can be pre printed in any amount of colours including full colour both sides or supplied plain so that you can over print them yourselves, giving you total control of printing multiple data if you wish. The integral cards can be overlaminated in gloss or matt laminate. There is a consistent print quality throughout as the card and form are printed in one pass, so no colour matching is required. This makes them cost effective. The base material and laminates are available in variable thickness.
