Plastic card printing is a great way to market and promote your business and help to create brand awareness. A plastic card is highly durable enabling you to make a long lasting impression.
Plastic cards have a wide range of applications including plastic Membership cards, Discount card, Loyalty cards, Photo ID badges, RFID cards, Gift card, Event Passes, Hotel Key card and even Business cards.
Our high quality printed cards measure 86mm x 54mm (credit card size) and are produced on white 760 micron material (as standard) which is the same size and thickness of a UK credit card, meaning they can easily fit in a wallet or purse and be carried around.
Our plastic cards can be printed in full colour single sided or double sided. Choose from a gloss or matt finish at no extra cost.
If you want to print and personalise your own, we can supply you with blank ones which can be overprinted. These can be supplied as either plain white or colourwashed.

Membership cards security features
A variety of special security features can be added to your cards. These include: signature panels, magnetic stripes, holograms, barcodes, QR Codes, embossing and sequential numbering.
Print and Postage in one easy process
Here at Royale Graphics, we can offer a full Print and Mail Service Your printed plastic membership cards can be personalised and then either supplied as singles or attached to personalised letters prior to despatch using an adhesive label. This process is known as 'match and attach'. The letter with the card / cards attached is then folded and inserted into a mailing envelope ready for distribution either to the mail recipient on the letter or bulk delivered to you.
Orders & Enquiries
Simply let us know how many membership cards you are looking to order, if you are supplying artwork or if you would like us to produce it for you and any special security features (if any) you would like adding. A quotation will be with you the same day. Once your order has been placed and we have artwork approval, delivery to you is between 10 - 15 working days depending on the quantity you order.
