Pressure sealing machine
Pressure seal machines are available as either desktop stand-alone sealers (offline) or printer/sealer combinations (in-line). The main use for a pressure seal machine is processing payslips.
In-line pressure sealing makes the sealing process more reliable, faster and easier for the operator.
Your laser printer feeds the printed forms directly into the pressure sealer machine where the forms are folded and sealed in one simple operation.
Advantages of In-line Pressure Seal:
- - Simple print-to-mail workflow
- - Once configured, easier to use
- - Single, integrated print and seal solution
Processing pressure seal forms using offline pressure sealers require the forms to be printed separately by a laser printer and manually fed into the machine for folding and sealing.
The forms are then left for a short period to cool before then being transferred to the offline pressure sealer. The forms are then manually loaded by the operator to be folded and sealed ready for distribution.
These stand alone machines are also ideal for use as a back up system to larger 'In-Line' solutions for greater contingency where required.
Advantages of Offline Pressure Seal:
- - Pressure Seal speed not limited by printer
- - Greater choice of printer workflow
- - Simple to setup
